Essential storage

We use local browser storage and cookies for language selection, dark or light theme, guest order recovery, checkout continuity, basic abuse prevention, and — if you sign in — a signed login session cookie (soho_user_session) that lasts up to 60 days.

Analytics and support

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions. Analytics and support tools are configured to avoid collecting payment secrets or full eSIM activation credentials.

Your choices

You can clear browser storage, but doing so may remove guest order recognition on the current device. You can still recover orders through Track Order using order ID and email.
