Service scope
SOHO goto provides data-only eSIM connectivity for multi-country, cross-region, and global travel. Plans do not include a phone number, voice calls, SMS, emergency calling, or guaranteed access to any specific local carrier.
Each plan page shows the coverage, data allowance, validity, 5G and hotspot support, exit IP notes, main app availability, country networks, usage rules, and refund rules before checkout.
Device and destination responsibility
Before purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is not carrier locked, and supports the network bands used in your destination.
Coverage and speed can vary by location, indoor environment, congestion, device model, local carrier policy, and roaming partner availability.
Orders, delivery, and activation
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; completing checkout authorizes the charge for that order. We do not store your full card number.
After payment is confirmed, installation details are shown on the order page and may also be sent to the checkout email. The order ID and email are the primary support lookup fields.
Unless a plan states otherwise, the eSIM must be installed or activated within 30 days after purchase. Expired inactive plans may become unavailable and non-refundable.
Fair use and app access
Some plans may reduce speed after the stated allowance, stop service when the allowance is used, or refresh daily allowance every 24 hours. The plan page and order page show the applicable rule.
App availability notes such as ChatGPT or TikTok are based on current exit IP and supplier routing. App platforms may change access rules without notice.
Account and sign-in
You can check out as a guest or sign in with a passwordless email link. If you sign in, you are responsible for the security of your email inbox and may sign out at any time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific network speed, or access to any particular app, website, or local carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed, and significant changes may also be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

The SOHO goto service is operated by Sevenlink Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase. For any question about these terms or your order, contact support@sohogoto.com.
