Usage rules
- Hotspot sharing is allowed — share the connection with your laptop and other devices.
- Data packs can be used any time within the validity period. Please download and first connect within 30 days of successful payment. Downloading does not extend this deadline. Timely first use starts the purchased validity period.
- This plan supports access to ChatGPT and TikTok; on Android devices, TikTok is supported via web browser only.
- Unless otherwise stated on the plan page, please activate the eSIM within 30 days of purchase.
- The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network.
- If you install the eSIM outside its coverage area, it will connect once you arrive in a supported location.
- The eSIM IP address may appear outside the coverage area, but this does not affect your data usage.
- For fixed-data plans, service stops once the data allowance is used up within the validity period.
- Daily plans have minimum and maximum purchase durations, based on the options selected at checkout.
- For daily plans, the daily data allowance resets every 24 hours after the first network connection.
- Unused daily data does not roll over to the next day.
- This plan supports hotspot sharing.
- In some locations or environments, network performance may be below 4G due to carrier coverage.
After-sales rules
- Unactivated plans may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds may be subject to third-party platform and payment processing fees, and are subject to manual review.
- Activated plans with any data usage are non-refundable.
- If a service issue is confirmed by customer support, the request may be handled through the after-sales process.
- If you cannot install or connect the eSIM, please first check device compatibility, data roaming, APN settings, and network coverage.
- If the plan is confirmed unusable and the issue cannot be resolved, customer support may offer a replacement eSIM or review a refund request.
- The final refund amount and processing time depend on the manual review result and the original payment channel.
